matched with the credit policy of SCS so that final credits may
be given. Students must meet the standards of the state of

Summit Christian School is
committed to caring for our families in their times of need.
Psalm 68:4-5 tells us to "Sing to God, sing praise to his
name, extol him who rides on the clouds - his name is the
Lord - and rejoice before him. A father to the fatherless, a
defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling." To honor that
command we are introducing a Widow/Widower Benevolent Scholarship that
provides a widowed parent with a 50% tuition discount for
each child enrolled as of the beginning of the school year. |

POLICIES
and FEES |
|
Withdrawal of Students |
|
• Students may not be
admitted to Summit Christian if an outstanding balance
exists at a previously attended private school. • The registration fee is due at the time of
registration. This fee is non-refundable and
non-transferable. This fee must be paid at time of
enrollment in order to hold a place in the class. • The charge for tuition is an ANNUAL FEE, divided into
equal installments. It is not based on a daily or
calendar month fee. • All tuition payments will be processed by FACTS
Management Company. You may view your payments and
account by accessing “My FACTS Account”. • A $25 NSF Fee will be charged for failed Automatic
Draft attempts and returned checks (whether written to
FACTS or SCS). Additional failed Automatic Draft
attempts will incur an additional $25 fee. A second
attempt may be made to deposit returned checks. The
second time the same check is returned, there will be an
additional $25 fee and the check will not be
re-deposited. It must be replaced with cash. • Late payments will incur a $25 Late Fee. • Your account with Summit Christian School is a family
account. This account must be satisfied in order to
receive any report cards, transcripts, and records.
Payment on past due balances must be made with money
order or cash in order for report cards to be released. • Overdue accounts may result in the student not being
permitted to attend school until the account is made
current. Accounts must be current to participate in
special class trips. • A cash receipt is ALWAYS given when payment is made in
cash. Please keep your receipt so you have a record of
your payment. • Costs expended by the school for a student to attend a
trip or event which the student later decides not to
attend will be charged to the student’s tuition account
(see “School Events/Trips Policy”). • Attendance for any part of the month (even one day) is
considered the same as the entire month and the tuition
is the parent’s financial responsibility. • A $25 Withdrawal Fee will be charged to your
account if your student is withdrawn before the
completion of the school year. Accounts must be paid in
full with a money order or cash. Transcripts and records
will be forwarded to the new school when the account is

will be secured from the teachers and upon clearance
from the Business Office records will be released to the
new school. Students must be enrolled at least 30 days
of any nine week’s period before receiving a grade.
A $100 Withdrawal Fee will be charged to
