New Direction |
SCS
is committed to keeping Christian Education affordable. Tuition at
Summit Christian School currently does not cover all of the
expenditures of the ministry. Our New Direction enables us to build
an endowment fund to stop the rising cost of Christian education
with goals of decreasing the cost, making it affordable to all
through Project Legacy.
Summit Christian has partnered with Endowment for the 21st
Century to create a program which provides an opportunity for
you to give a significant gift to the school at no cost to you.
You will be recognized as a major contributor in an endeavor
that will significantly benefit the school for years to come.
|
|
How the program works |
Project
Legacy Endowment Program authorizes
Summit Christian to purchase a life insurance policy on your life at
no financial risk to you or your investments. If the policy is
approved, the school will pay all premium costs. The policy will
allow Summit to generate both short and long-term benefits from its
current and future value.

Frequently asked questions |
| |
Why donate my insurability?
If you have no further need for life insurance, your remaining
insurability is an asset not being used. Donating your insurability
through this program provides Summit Christian with a significant
contribution not otherwise available or utilized.
Why doesn’t it cost me anything?
The policy is purchased by the school. As the owner, it is responsible
for paying the premiums. This policy will not affect your
personal estate or taxes in any way. |
|
This sounds too good to be true, so what’s the
catch?
There isn’t one. Life insurance policies are a product available to
anyone qualifying. The premiums are paid by the school. You simply
donate your insurability to provide SCS Ministries
a substantial contribution.
How do I get started?
