CAMP RULES Camp T-Shirts are required for all field trips. NO REFUNDS for days missed.
Camp Hours from 7AM-6PM. A Late Pick-Up Fee of $3.00 per minute will be charged for each child remaining after 6PM. Camp Fees are due on the first day of attendance each week. Accounts must be kept current. No iPods, MP3 Players, Gameboys, CD players or anything else of value are permitted on campus. The school cannot be responsible for such items.

FAMILY Registration Fee:
$30 Early Bird Special if paid before May 1st. Includes FREE Camp T-Shirt (required for all campers).
As of May 2, registration fee is $50.
Camper T-shirts: $13 each or 2 / $20
Weekly Camp Fees:
$160 per 5-Day Session
Multiple Child Discount: $25
$125 per 3-Day Session
Multiple Child Discount: $10

All field trips will be supervised by experienced summer staff and will be away from the school grounds to nearby points of recreation and interest. K5 through 5th grade camp transportation will be provided by school bus and we will always return to campus by 4:30PM.

Please supply lunches in coolers or lunch boxes with your child's name. Canned sodas and juices will be available. The lunchroom will NOT be open during the summer months. Snacks will be available to purchase and must be paid for on a daily basis.

DRESS CODE

Although this is a camp program, we must maintain consistent Christian attitudes and actions. Therefore, when a child exhibits inappropriate behavior, discipline measures must be taken. If your child does not respond to correction or time out, you may be called by an administrator to immediately pick up your child for the remainder of the day.

Continued misbehavior could result in suspension from camp for one to ten days for the following actions: disobedience in open defiance of authority, use of spoken and/or written profanity and/or obscene gestures, repeated occurrences of misconduct, and attitude not in harmony with the goals or spirit of the school, a continued negative attitude and bad influence on the other students, committing a serious breech of conduct inside or outside of the school which has and adverse effect upon the testimony of the school, or failure of the parents to comply with the disciplinary procedures SCS.

Appropriate summer attire is required at all times. NO short-shorts, halter-tops, bikini suits (both boys and girls) or two-piece suits, etc., are allowed. In other words, conservative modest dress is the rule. Camp t-shirts are required for all off-campus activities. Sneakers are required
at all times to prevent injuries (water shoes/sandals are permitted for
water related activities only).

Also, please label all of your child's clothing, towels, lunch boxes and belongings.
