The following steps must be taken for registration to be finalized for K5-12th Grade Students:

Steps to Enrollment

r Tour of facility (Call 561.686.8081 to schedule)
r Schedule testing date
r Submit completed application with $100 application/ testing fee
(non-refundable and non-transferable)
r Initiate recommendation form process
r Submit copies of most recent report card/transcript, standardized test results
r Submit medical information (HRS medical form & immunization records)
r Submit copy of birth certificate and recent photo of applicant
r Submit registration fee (non-refundable and non-transferable)
r Complete and sign financial agreement form
r Parent/student interview with administrator

Admissions Requirements
It is the position of Summit Christian School that the services of private education in Florida shall be provided to the children in the state without discrimination based on race, color, national and ethnic origin. Students who are average or above average in ability and achievement, superior in character, and cooperative in conduct are encouraged to apply for admission to Summit Christian School.

Entrance exams are administered to all students applying for admission from K5 - 12th grades. The submitted application and student testing are the first steps in the enrollment process and do not guarantee placement in a class. All steps to enrollment must be completed for a student to be placed in a class.

Students must reside with parents, legal guardians and/or school approved guardians to attend Summit Christian School. They must also agree to adhere to the specific requirements as listed in the Parent/Student Handbook.

K5 - 12th Grade Tuition Rate $8,295
The charge for tuition is an Annual Fee which can be divided into equal installments. It is not based on a daily or calendar month fee.

Option B • Bi-annual Payments 1/2 Tuition due Aug. 1, 2012 1/2 Tuition due Dec. 15, 2012 NO annual or monthly service fees		For Options C and D \| Automatic Bank Draft FACTS Management Company charges an annual fee of $41 plus a $15 per month service fee. Pay on the 5th or 20th of each month.* Monthly Invoicing \| FACTS charges a $45 annual fee plus a $35 per month service fee.
